Avon Books was a paperback book and comic book publisher, founded in 1941. Their one shot comic books (only one issue published per title) were in several different genres including science fiction. This volume contains their science fiction one shot comics. AN AVON FANTASY CLASSIC: AN EARTH MAN ON VENUS by Ralph Milne Farley was published in 1951. ATTACK ON PLANET MARS was published in 1951. FLYING SAUCERS was published in 1952. ROBOTMEN OF THE LOST PLANET was published in 1952. ROCKET TO THE MOON was published in 1951. We are reprinting the I. W. Publishing “Strange Planets” #12 reprint of the story from 1964.
