Who is a Spliss? Spliss is one of my earlier characters. He has the ability to regenerate body parts and generally is a lethal fighter. Is he good or bad? Unfortunately the first project I ever worked on didn’t allow enough time to figure that out. However, RodriguesART presents these drawing for your viewing pleasure.
