Description
SHORTS + LOSSES is a collection of short stories from cartoonist Carlos Gabriel Ruiz and his various collaborators. Each story is not a conventional send-up of the various genres being represented — crime, horror, science fiction, fantasy, western, war, and romance– instead, they play around with the conventions found in each genre. Mix in a dash of existentialism, a fatalist bent on how the world works, and some heavy India ink and you have SHORTS + LOSSES.
