Charlie Bakhot lives in Amici, Ohio, and dreams to be a writer. Meanwhile, he takes a job at a bookstore run by Boris, a weird eccentric book collector. One night his distant relative Chilitulakahotep, a mummy from Egypt, awakened by accident, appears on his doorstep. So, Charlie takes ‘Chili’ in and helps him get a job.
