The purpose of this book is to help you identify all different feelings and emotions in your head. Some of those may be your favorite while you may dislike some. However, having a picture and name for all helps you to recognize those specific emotions when you are experiencing them. Feel free to use this as a guidebook to guide yourself in recognizing what is in your head. This book is also an invitation to be an everyday hero by giving yourself permission to feel how you feel in certain situation. Also hold space for others to let them feel how they feel.
