Description
Following the events of Vigilante 1, Vermillion finds himself managing the Violet District with Omari Standson. Things have been going smoothly, despite Matt Vermillion knowing that Omari is an immortal cannibal that feeds off of the people of the city. Vermillion’s friends, who have rebelled in secret against Omari and the system at large, question Vermillion’s loyalty as he continues to work with the politician. However, things become much more interesting, once a blond haired young man shows up uninvited to the illustrious Violet City Banquet, ordained with a strange black crown and an even stranger ability.
